Terms of Service

1. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share your login with people outside your membership.
• School administrators may invite staff to join their team. The administrator is responsible for who they invite and may remove them at any time.

2. Membership, billing and cancellation

• Membership is $95 per month or $950 per year, plus any applicable taxes. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
• You can cancel any time from the billing portal in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we will review it.
• If a payment fails, your access may be paused until the payment method is updated.

3. Content and license

Playbooks, courses, templates, recordings and other materials in The Circle are owned by us or our licensors. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to view and use them for your own work and your school’s internal use. You may adapt templates for your school. You may not resell, republish, redistribute or share library content publicly, or scrape or bulk-download it.

4. Community conduct

When you post in discussions or otherwise interact with other members, you agree not to:

• harass, threaten or discriminate against others, or post unlawful, hateful or deceptive content;
• share student or family personal information, or anyone’s confidential information, without permission;
• advertise or solicit members, or post spam;
• attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorized access to the service.

You keep ownership of what you post and give us a license to host and display it within The Circle. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. AI assistant

The Circle includes an AI assistant. Its answers are generated automatically, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not professional advice. Please review them before relying on them, and do not enter student or family personal information into it.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep The Circle available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features and content, and may update these Terms. If a change is material we will notify you, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Termination

You may stop using The Circle at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as content ownership, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Circle is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to The Circle is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
